Is anyone else intimidated by the Show your stash threads?

I'm not intimidated, nor does it make me want to buy even more toys (although there are still toys on my wishlist) just so I can have a bigger stash.

I don't think you should be intimidated. Any collection is a good collection, regardless of size.

Im not intimidated but I see the same item in a lot of the collections and it makes me think about getting it more.

I'm not intimidated by other EFers stash, I'm happy for them to have such a large collection.

I only have a small stash, but they're all good quality items, I only buy toys that suit my own preference.

I like seeing what people have and it can even make you curious about a few toys that you'll add to your wishlist.

I think mine is pretty large as well, but I have toys at my place and some at my boyfriend's, so it would be complicated just now to take everything and take a picture. I have a few key vibrators, but my collection is really focused on dildos. I have an ever-growing number of Fun Factory, Tantus and Vixen dildos, probe and plugs and I have 7 Phallix glass toys - my babies.

I even gave toys away and traded some, so it's never going to show all the good toys I have owned.

Lelo should start making more dildos, Ella should only be the beginning. And Fun Factory needs to come up with new unrealistic ones, the choice is limited lately.

No, not intimidated but interesting to see other ideas from people who have liked the same items I have. Your toys do die and get tossed occassionally, so it should never run you out of house and home.

I don't feel intimidated by them, rather I am intrigued by them. I find it fascinating which toys certain people choose, and what directions their stashes seem to go in. Or what general themes or trends their stash seems to follow. I've never laid all my toys out to do a picture like that (it's far too much work for me, LOL) but I am sure that most of my toys are designed for g-spot stimulation. So that would be my theme or trend, I'm sure!

Looking at the size of some peoples stashes, I feel a bit envious. Then I think I'd be overwhelmed with all of it..but what an excellent way to be overwhelmed!

There's still a bit of me that is very sheltered and conservative, but this site continues to tear down those beliefs and I'm becoming so much more open-minded.

I only have one vibe now. I had three (HIB, iconic bullet, and Ultimate Massager), but decided to toss the first two. I live in a dorm, so I don't have the space to hide the toys. Whenever I get my next toy, if I really like it more than the UM, I'm going to toss out the UM. It might seem like a waste, but I got the iconic bullet and UM for free (someone gave me the IB, I bought the UM with points).

Seeing other people's stashes just made me work harder on here so my stash could grow. I feel a little jealous of people with massive stashes. It also gives you a little glimpse into what that person is all about. I have lots of blue things, Aslan leather, and unique things, where someone else may have loads of luxury toys, or a bunch of realistic dildos.

It's also nice to see a size comparison, as well.

Why would you be intimidated? I had a friend over and I showed him for 2 hours what I have it was fun. Maybe it says a lot about us.. But EF is pretty anonymous so I guess why not. Toys are just toys you are not showing yourself naked or anything.

I'm in awe of those who can maintain large collections; after fifteen or so products, I feel the need to purge my collection. In all actuality, I could be happy with just a couple toys; my Smartballs, my Fun Factory Ocean, and a bullet.

I love to see the variation in everyone's collections! Going through the pictures makes me feel as though I'm at an online sex toy museum! I would love to build up my collection to something nice so I can have my own collection in this museum.

I just want to know where they keep it all! I have kids, and so I can't have things just sitting out, or in obvious places....lol.

I love seeing everyone's photos. It's cool to see people who have items that I own and love, and then to spy on what else they have to get ideas. I look at the huge collections and think to myself, "Someday."

I've only been on EF for 4 months, and I already have a more massive collection of sex toys than I ever thought I would own. But lately, I've decided to pursue a new direction in my purchases. I've decided not to buy any more toys that require batteries. I'd like to replace all of my battery-operated vibrators with rechargeable ones, and acquire more dildos, plugs, glass toys, and bdsm gear. The more time I spend on here, the more expensive my taste becomes. When I first found EF, I bought two vibrators that were under $20 each and I was very happy with them. Now I'm coveting a $100 dildo (the Raquel) and an $80 vibrator (the We-vibe Tango). I think in the future, my collection will be growing more slowly, but the quality of my purchases will improve. I think I'll post on the Show my Stash thread again in a year just to see how far I've come!

I still have a very small toy collection but hope to be expanding it soon enough. as a guy I guess I'm a bit intimidated by the thought of buying and trying out new things.
