Oh YES it is! We worked most of the year to adopt a more "normal" schedule but then had a rough August, which threw it all off again. I think we do more random napping than full-on sleeping most of the time.

Yes, I work night shift 3 to 4 nights a week and I am usually up all night on my nights off and I never know when to be awake or asleep!

Incredibly. I've been without a job, so it just became, "I'll sleep when I'm tired because I don't have anywhere to be." My sisters were also off of school, so we wound up keeping each other up all night playing games and watching movies.

Yes my sleep schedule is messed up.

I try to get a schedule going, but every weekend my sleep gets messed up. Sunday or monday hubby leaves for work, I can't fall asleep because he is not there. I get back to my normal 9:00 bedtime the next night and sleep ok, until he comes back either friday or saturday night. We end up going to bed at whatever time we get tired.

Yes it is. Bedtime was usually late but since I started my new medicine I go to sleep earlier. Having someone who works the night shift sometimes wakes me up when they come home and I can't get back to sleep the rest of the night and can't take another dose. They are going on day shift next month so maybe things will smooth out then. Basically we are all night owls around here but my doctor says I do not get enough rest and it's causing trouble with my health.

Yes, and I'm not helping it by being on Eden at 1:00 AM...in my bedroom nonetheless.

I go to bed at 4am typically, so by most people's standards, yes.

Same here, I work the night shift 4 nights then get all messed up my three days off and switched around. I usually require lots of coffee to get up and get going and then a whopping dose of benadryl to get to sleep

It's always messed up. We seem to get on a good schedule then we stay up all night one night and it gets messed up again. It kinda goes in cycles.

A disrupted sleep pattern is often a cause for (and symptomatic of) great consternation, ill and woe ... so why is there a smilie next to that question?

My sleep "schedule" is kindof nonexistent. I'm currently in the middle of a long shift, and have now been awake for 22 hours straight.

I'm a third shifter. Still haven't slept tonight and it's 6AM! Yikes! I've been getting in bed about 8AM and I really need to cut it down a couple hours. I've just been incredibly busy, but I'm always a late-shifter. I work late and get on EF late, work on school late, projects, etc. It's just my style I guess. I love the night time!

YES!! I am so confused on my days of the week most of the time. Sometimes I sleep at 8am sometimes 6pm or even 10pm. I have no schedule.
