Absolutely lime! I use lime for cooking all the time. Lemon is good, we mostly use it for homemmade tartar sauce and drinks.

I drink lemonade all summer, and love putting lemon in tea (hot or iced). I even use sliced lemon to clean out the sink and tub, because it leaves such a nice scent.
