I'm Maiden, and I'd like to introduce myself. I'm new to EF and would really like to make some friends and get more into the reviewing process. What a better way to hit two birds with one stone?

So I'd like to say hello and ask for any tips on the reviewing process and getting upgraded. I've written a few reviews and will be working on a few more in the next few days. I welcome any critiques, good or bad. Thanks for your time!

Welcome to the community! I haven't read any of your reviews yet but when I do, I'll let you know if I have any advice. =)

I did after I wrote my first two reviews, and I don't think I got any votes. I'll be writing a new one soon and applying again. I'm trying to be a bit more active and introduce myself to everyone. I have spent all day reading reviews and updating my wish list. I can't help it, it's very addictive to look through all this site has to offer!

I've gotten some amazing feedback so far! Thanks a bunch for your time.
Keep it coming you all, I need all the help I can get! I'm really having a lot of fun with this site so far, and would love to become an advanced reviewer. I gotta write some more reviews though, and try to get the votes this time! lol

I have always been addicted to sex and sex toys, but I never had an outlet like this before....

I think I'm in trouble.... lol

Of course, I will say this for people who don't get the sarcasm....

I'm not REALLY an addict.... my obsession doesn't control my life or take up THAT much of my time. Not as of yet, anyway... lol

Sure, sure.. the first step is admitting that you have a problem though.

Just kidding. We all know it's fun to read these reviews and such, but hopefully no one is taking it to the extent that that's ALL they

Okay, so this is the last time I'm going to bump this I swear!!!

I'm not generally an attention whore, but I do have something to add.

I took some advice and edited my reviews a little bit. I took out some of the graphic sexual stuff, but lots remain. It's who I am, I can't help it. I hope it doesn't take away too much from my reviews. Also, I have a new one up. Hope you like it!

Welcome to the community, Maiden! I think it's great that you are asking for advice - just remember to still be true to yourself. While it is important to mention all of the details about a product in your reviews (and you should do this), it is also important that you use your own voice. Unique flavor and insight is what makes the review interesting to read. I hope finding that balance is fun and rewarding for you!

Thank you! I will definitely be using my own voice, but I did understand that some of the parts of my first reviews were down right "Penthouse"! lol
Upon rereading them, I decided to delete some stuff that had nothing to do with the product or how we enjoyed them specifically. I just tend to get excited while writing the reviews and I get a little worked up at times.
