OH MY...I was using voice recognition, and the question should read STEAKS, not STAKES. Last time I post while walking down the street!!!!

I am all about medium. Pink in the middle, but not runny red, and not burnt to a crisp, and dry.

How do you like your steaks??

I am weird I can only eat raw beef( unless it is Wagyu). The taste of cooked beef grosses me out. So I can only eat steaks that are very rare.

When I read the question I was so confused I'm so glad you corrected yourself. Otherwise I probably would have responded with "wood for vampire, silver for shape shifters" :-P

Steaks I prefer medium rare, crisp and dry on the outside juicey and bloody on the instead... god thinking about it right now makes me wet!

I picked up on that too and I am glad you caught the typo. I like my steaks well done. I do not like anything bleeding. I tend to have a bad time when it comes to eating food.

I prefer my steak to be medium. My parents always made it medium rare and growing up I thought I didn't like steak. Turns out I just needed it cooked a little more.

"BLUE"

A "Blue" steak is rarer than a very rare steak. A "Black and Blue" steak is charred and crisp on the outside, and mildly cool on the inside.

I used to only like my steaks well done, until a friend of mine convinced me to try it medium. I like it that way as well. I try to mix it up and get either.

I haven't had red meat in a while though so I'm not sure which way I like it these days. XD

Medium rare, and when I was pregnant, I would not touch steak because it had to be completely done. Blech!

I hate steaks period because my step dad use to eat 8 second steaks. Where you cook it for 8 seconds on each side. NASTY!!! I like my hamburgers done with NO pink in the center. I know it's the same think but I wont eat steak but I will burgers.
