Do you like meatloaf in general? I like it when it has ketchup in it but really not plain. How do you feel on it?

I like it plain, but I actually don't like ketchup in general.

I like my meatloaf. I use Doritos, Cheese its, etc. instead of crackers and it makes a better flavored meatloaf.

I only like my meatloaf... use cheese crackers, Parmesan cheese, etc. I like ketchup on the side. My meatloaf is my hubby's favorite meal.

I don't like meatloaf at all. Anything with ground meat I'm not a huge fan of!

I like most meatloafs if they've been made at home. I don't think I've come across one at a larger restaurant that I've actually liked.

I like meat loaf...a lot.

There are so many things you can do to it to change up the flavor.

I'm a fan of adding cheeses and breading to it, with onions and gr. peppers. Mushrooms would be welcome too!

I like certain recipes of meatloaf, especially with ketchup. Probably because I grew up in a house run by a vegan, so meat of any kind was an uncommon treat.

I do this too! LOL My last meatloaf had ranch Doritos in it. I make all kinds of meatloaf, even one with Mac and Cheese inside. I don't like that ketchup stuff baked on top though, but I like fresh ketchup added.

Mac & Cheese Meatloaf sounds good. I would probably be the only one in my family that would eat it though.

I love meatloaf. I like to add lots of veggies- onions, mushrooms, green pepper, and tomatoes. I use oatmeal and as filler & binder and a nice dash of garlic. I love the chunks of tomato within the mixture. Ketchup on top of course.

Somewhere I have a recipe for bacon & swiss cheese meatloaf. That is wonderful, but I haven't made it in ages.

Last time I had meatloaf it was make with ground turkey with little fat in it. It was super good without the loaf swimming around in a thick pool of grease/fat.

Ive been told by many many people I make the best meatloaf. I just use whatever is in the kitchen though. I dont use ketchup, I use pizza sauce to mix in the meat. I also usually put crackers, sometimes an egg, lipton onion soup mix, salt, pepper, and whatever else is available that will jive really well.

For me, meat loaf is a comfort food. I also add oatmeal and breadcrumbs along with your onions and green peppers. Before placing into the oven, I add strips of BACON along the top and this adds great flavor!

I hate meatloaf. My mom made it alot when I was a kid, but she always over cooked it and it was dry. Same with salmon. I have not touched meatloaf in almost 20 years, and dont plan on touching it for another 20.

I make my meatloaf with ground turkey and ground beef. It usually provides for a less-dried-out loaf. For quicker cooking, I also put it into a muffin tin. It takes about 25 minutes to cook through, as opposed to an hour or more. I use panko bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce in the mixture, as well as garlic, onion, egg, a pinch of salt (I mean, come on, I'm already using Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce), some cracked black pepper, and a tiny squirt of ketchup. It's always amazing.

I like it best the next day on toasted bread with ketchup.
