Not a fan of Mexican! But my family loves it, so thats what we have when I eat out with them. My stand-by order at a taqueria is chile rellenos, they're all right, not great, but OK.
An awesome Mexican-fusion dish I occasionally make if I'm being really fancy is Banana Nutella Empanadas; Yuuuuumm!
Since my mom is Mexican-American, she cooks some Mexican stuff, which causes me to be snobby about versions that differ from hers, like what Americans call "chilli" or enchiladas with "enchilada sauce" instead of chile.

Now, Chinese food I love! But not as much as Thai food! Thai is the best!!

Mexican all the way. We got this place called Los Dos Amigo's here in our area and it is awesome.
