I would prefer a peanut butter- coffee smoothie, or many other smoothies, or a different class of drink entirely, like a Thai ice tea, or just eat the ice cream instead of drinking it! But if it had to be a milkshake, then chocolate malt. Don't forget the malt!

I've never been a big fan of fancy milkshakes with candy added or anything, I like it nice and basic! I love all of those flavors almost equally, but if I go to Steak-n-Shake I will get a side by side with vanilla and strawberry. So yummy

Mint chocolate chip, with a dab of heavy whipped cream on top. When our town had a Carnation restaurant many years ago, I always look forward to having this shake with my Mom. They used the Hamilton Beach mixers with the metal containers filled to the brim. They left the mix container with you at the table. When you were finished with the first milkshake, you still had enough leftover for a second. Damn that was delicious.
