What do you do to motivate yourself to workout? I am not an early bird person, and a HARD sleeper! I want to workout but I just don't have the energy!
You don't have to workout in the morning, it can be any time of the day as long as you can spare thirty minutes minimum 3 or 4 times a week. My motivation: when I see my upper arms turn flabby and my gut sticking out, also when my neck and back hurts because I missed doing my daily stretchings.
