My eye :( help plz

Bacterial pink eye produces the thick, yellow nasty stuff most of us associate with pink eye, however, viral pink eye is more watery. As such, this might be further evidence that it is viral. Again, though, I'm not a physician or in the field of medicine. My knowledge comes purely from taking care of my kids at home over the years. Do NOT depend solely on what I am saying here.

Another thought occurred to me. Some hospitals have triage nurses whose main job is to address questions like this over the phone so that their ERs are not clogged with people who don't need emergency help. You might want to call your hospital to see whether they have such a person to help you. Of course, it may very well be that they ask you to come in and see them. Either way, it can't hurt to call. less

I'm sick left eye has some crap in it it feels uncomfortable its like whiteish yellow colored. SOme came out butt appears there is more when I pull down a little on the bottom. What is polysporin eye drops and are they common? Can I get them at wal mart or even the grocery store?? I read you should get some but how do I know what I"m looking for does the box have it in big letters? less
