I have both but watch more cable then the Netflix. I only watch Netflix when there is nothing really on to watch on the weekends after catching up on my shows.

I have cable and like it. There is always something on that I like. If I ever want to see a new release, I just Red Box it.

netlfix, hulu, some shows directly online through the broadcasters. hadn't even had my tv hooked up until just recently, no cable, just local channels. cable is too expensive for me and honestly that many channels with nothing good on anyways just stresses me out. I prefer to be able to watch when i want and pause etc. Plus i can't stand the tv on for background noise like a lot of people do, i prefer music
