So, I've been thinking really hard about getting Nipple piercings, but, I've heard that for some women they're aweful, and they can't breastfeed. What are your opinions?

As long as you go to a skilled piercer and take care of them, you should be fine.
Here's some info.
Some people I know find it makes them too sensitive, but you can always take them out (though the nipples may always be more "erect" than before).
The thing to watch out for is mastitis (warning, pictures), a nasty infection that can lead to severe complications. It's rare, though and more likely if you're pierced in the areola instead of the nipple itself (which is why going to someone skilled is important).

OUCH! OK so I like this girl and I recently figured out she has nipple piercings, now all the sudden after years of not liking them I think they are cute.
But for me personally I am too much of a chicken!

If my boyfriend didn't hate piercings located anywhere but the ears I'd probably get my nipples pierced...you do only live once. ^_^
