I got my nipples pierced about an hour ago. The initial pain wasn't too bad but now I have a mildly strong ache/burn in them. What is good for soothing this?

It's not bad. The first hour it hurt on and off mildly strong but now it's just occasionally hurting. Ice works for the hurt fairly well. Now to just wait for the swelling to subside
