We used to do that quite often when I was a kid. I still have pancakes for dinner every now and then, but mostly from Denny's if I'm in the mood.

I absolutely love breakfast food. Most of it is not very good for you, but I don't care. I eat what I want and then take supplements to get the vitamins and nutrition that I need. Each week I try to make pancakes in a different way. I'm like some kind of pancake critic.

Like a lot of other folks here, I'm not a heavy breakfast eater, but I love breakfast foods for dinner. Pancakes, omelets, sandwiches with eggs, bacon, cheese and tomato...it's all good.
