That's kinda strange, what I used to always hear is if you couldn't keep a pencil up (sideways, not eraser side up) then you just have small boobs.
I've never tried it but I could prob keep one up there, never had a complaint about them being saggy from guys either.

I've heard of (and tried) the pencil test before. The butt pencil test, too. For me it all depends on how the pencil is balanced; sometimes it stays sometimes it falls. Considering that no one I know has upon balancing a spoon on their nose freaked out that their nose is saggy, I think the test is pretty stupid.

I'm getting my "pecks" removed sometime this year, I'm excited! (I'm transsexual)
but no way haha, I'm way to flat to put a pencil there, there's no crease under my breasts. Even if I bend over all the way, there's not enough breast to make a crease to hold anything at all.
