Do you prefer bright or dimmer light at your desk? :)

I prefer dimmer, bright lights bother me too.

I keep the light off if possible, it's the kitchen light so it's super bright and he doesn't put the glass shade over it so it gives me headaches sometimes.
But in the other rooms the lights all have covers so I keep them on at night until bed unless we're watching tv.
