I've been trying to upload the same video for the past 24 hours.
I've even changed the formats a couple of times.
I've tried uploading using Internet explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla firefox...

It acts like it wants to upload and then it says something like, sorry an unexpected error has occured... It happens each and EVERYTIME.

Yup Nessa, I have too. and once it finally loads the whole way, clicking submit does nothing. Put in a support ticket.. I did that.

BTW I did Chrome and IE. IDK whats going on. If you find out anything, let me know! I'll do the same for you

If you have problems uploading a video, Carrie Ann has asked us to not keep trying to upload and instead contact either her or JR.

I don't know if this would help, but try clearing out cookies/cache and see if that does anything? If not, send in a support ticket.

Whenever you're having issues the steps to take are:

1. Clear your cookies and cache
2. Try a different browser
3. Make sure your file is compatible with the file types we accept
4. Make sure your file isn't too big
5. Wait a day or two to give us time to finish any site updates we may have been doing that can sometimes cause glitches
6. Try again.
7. Take a screenshot of the error it gives you if it doesn't work
8. Email me with the screenshot, type of file, size of file and browser you are using

If all else fails try a different, test video. If another video uploads but yours will not, you may have a bad file that you have to remake.
