I don't think it would be possible for a person to write a really good review on a product they have never even tried. What makes a great review in my opinion is the personal connection to the toy. Your ability to give a first hand account of how the toy worked for you for the desired purpose, if you haven't tried it you really can't give a great review. As for borrowing a toy and writing a review I would think that is okay (as long as proper cleaning and sterilization occurs).

Never, that would be rather stupid for someone to do.
