Should the toilet paper go over or under?

I STRONGLY believe that it should come up and over... I will change it at friends house if it is going under. How about you?

I like it up and over too! It really bothers me to see toilet paper going under and dangling close to the floor, I'll fix it if that happens in one of our bathrooms.

Over in our house, but my friend that has cats says she does it under so they aren't as likely to play with it and unwind the entire roll

I don't have an ordinary TP holder. We set ours on top of a little hand-crafted thing. I guess I like it over though in public settings. I don't want it touching the wall/floor/anything else.

Over. Especially if you have a little one with fingers that might not be quite so clean you might get a mess on the wall if it goes under.
