I'm so lame, but showers totally fascinate me because everyone does it differently. I used bar soap for a long time, but I switched to body wash a few years ago and love it! What do you use to clean yourself in the shower?

I have a special wash/scrub for my face. I use special sensitive skin bar soap for my body, and I have a sensitive skin feminine wash.

(sensitive fibromyalgia BS).

Body wash (usually some pretty smelling thing from the dollar store) and a mesh pouf thing.
I do make a point to use unscented, PH balanced wash (dunno what it is exactly but my mom bought it for us both to use a while ago and it's specially formulated for that area) on my lady bits though, I don't want to use the heavily fragranced stuff I use on my body down there...might burn if I tried.

If we don't have any body wash I'll switch to bar soap temporarily though.

I don't like poufs and sponges, they don't seem sanitary to me.

I use an unscented facial bar on my face, and sometimes on the rest of my body. If I feel like smelling pretty, or if I'm shaving my legs, I use a body wash.
