Practice, whether it be with a toy such as a Fleshlight STU or Flip Hole (anything with a heavy texture) or stopping during sex for a bit when you feel the climax coming on.
For me, the best way I have found is to think of something besides what my penis is feeling. Kinda like mind over feeling. I think of work or having to do the dishes. Sounds bad but it works.

Another couple of ideas for you. Get her of first, give her some oral or use a toy. At least she will get hers first, eh? Or, you could have her get you off first, either with a toy or hand/blow job, then give her some oral till you are ready to go again. When we have done this the second round for me can last an hour or more.

have sex more often helps. or you can use some spray to help you last longer. I vote for the first option.

I think the practice advice is great as well as taking breaks. I have never had experience with premature ejaculating men but my guy tends to slow things down when things are getting to hot and he doesn't want to come just yet. I think it all has to do with mind over matter.

I use LIDOCAINE. We can go for 1 hour and get breaks through..

Absolutely no clue. o.O Probably some cream on EF might do the job. If not, multiple condoms perhaps.
