Smart balls vs Royal Balls

I used to have a couple of different types. The squeeze kind, and the metal ones that you are supposed to roll around in your hand (which did nothing). The kind you squeeze helped somewhat, when I was stressed out

I just received my VIP Super Soft by Tantus... it's pretty much the texture of a stress ball. I gave it some really good squeezes and that was fun, plus it's got the bonus of being even more fun than a stress ball when you aren't stressed!

I have the metal kind, and they work for me. I really need to get the squish kind though. That would help for those times I need to strangle something.
