I like to go out to eat sometimes, but cooking & eating at home is more practical in general.

I like going to restaurants because it slows down the whole meal experience--you have a chance to have drinks, talk, hang out afterward for coffee if you want, etc. I love cooking and making new things, though, so that's fun too. And there's something really cozy and relaxing about take-out to me, so it just depends on my mood.

We always eat at home, but have gotten take out a few times. No eating inside the restaurant I cannot handle the noise!!

If it's during the winter, home meals. I prefer to eat out during the summer, though, because that's when the seasonal and local-only places open

It's hard to say, I'm a professional chef, so I don't want to come home and cook after I've cooked all day. Often we are lazy and get fast food, but since we are trying to save money I'm trying to cook as much as possible. It still frustrates me though, he doesn't cook but also doesn't do it for a living...so I feel like he should make dinner once in a while.

I love home cooked. Whenever I visit my grandmother, she will make chicken fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. It is indescribable.
