Yep! I love Scrabble and play all the time online. I also love to play Dominoes, and Skip Bo, UNO too (no one will play any other those with me anymore, because I kick their butts). My husband also has a brain full of useless crap no one else in the world cares about, except the makers of Trivial Pursuit! That is his most favorite game of all time! I will only play when we have company and I have someone else on my team. My father ruined me for Monopoly, playing it everynight for hours on end. He would always guilt me out of $$ if he was low, then turn around and pound me with hotels! I hate that damn game!

Give me cards and lets play Euchre, Spades, Poker, anything! I love cards.

My brother and i play a mean star wars monopoly. But i have a few board games on my ipad, like life and boggle, a few others that me and my boyfriend play. They play exactly the same way and just save space. Its pretty cool.

I had never played it! We found an old wooden one at Bee's parent's house and took it to try it out. She played it in elementary school, too. We later went to this pottery village out of town and found some beautiful boards made of painted clay.

We play a boardgame about three or four times a week, but it's been customized to our ideas of what's fun. We've haven't played anything like Monopoly or those kinds of games in many, many years. Monopoly is *the devil* in our house. Nasty, nasty fights. LOLOL

I love to play board games. Scrabble, Monopoly, Life, Rock n' Roll Trivia, Train Baron, I have a new Elvis board game I haven't played yet. I love cards too! UNO, Skip Bo, Poker. Love Dominoes also.

We play a bunch of board games. Othello, battleship, clue, guess who, cards too and my oldest son actually loves to make his own board games usually stragedy games so we play his often.

I'm a geek and live in a house with other geeks, and we love playing games. I own most of the board games, and at present, we have Apples to Apples, two different decks of Munchkin, Betrayal at House on the Hill, chess, and Star Wars Trivial Pursuit, Star Wars Life, and Star Wars Monopoly.

Betrayal is a particular favorite, since there are 50 different possible outcomes during game play (it's a horror survival game, where you build the board around yourselves, and confront different scenarios based on how the house is built).

I agree. It takes too long. (And my husband tried to screw people with terrible deals. "You give me Park Place and Illinois and the other red ones, and I'll give you two rail roads." Yeah. I don't think so. )

The funny thing is, we have about 4 or more different versions of Monopoly. They were all gifts. We have "Beatles-Opoly" Really? I love the Beatles, but I don't want to play Monopoly with them. It's never been opened. We have a game called "Sex-Opoly" that is stupid. It isn't arousing at all. And a really old one from the 50s, that belonged to My Man's parents, with wood houses and stuff, and a few other "theme" Monopoly games.

OMG. My father did the same thing. He was also one of those "Gloating winners" and it turned me off of board games until Trivial Pursuit caught my eye.

My husband also wants to play Triv with teams. I like to play one person to a team (I end up answering all the questions anyway, and all our friends want to be on my team. Not bragging, but I have the capacity to remember an incredible amount of useless rubbish! )

We used to play Dominoes a lot when the kids were younger. That and those games where you match cards and remember where they were. We had all kinds of those. One with famous paintings, and info about the artists. Nobody beats a pre-reading little kid at Memory or similar matching and visual placement games. My kids would kick ass at those.

We play board games but only rarely. We'd like to play them more frequently but we can't find anyone to play with us. We have Clue, Pictionary, Apples to Apples, some random weird game that I forget what it's called, and another picture game that I forget which one.
