Both time changes are really difficult for me. I have a mood disorder and my mood goes all crazy for a month or so after time change. Plus I'll be exhausted for at least a month after. SUCKS!

Actually this time of year is best for me. It is light earlier and helps me be more awake on time and it gets dark earlier which helps me fall asleep in time.

no affect here. But I hate changing the clocks every year.

I have a hard time both ways, but the spring is harder. It takes me about a month to adjust.

....I slept way later when we put the clocks back, actually.

Yes, it technically fiddles with my internal clock, but I like falling back. I feel like it's later than it actually is, so I have a tendency to go, "Oh, no! It's this time! Oh. Wait. No, it isn't. Okay, good." It's when we go forward an hour that I have difficulties with. I think it's five, but I look at the clock and it's seven. Not fun.

In the fall, I wake a little earlier which is always helpful, but when Daylight Savings takes effect, it messes me up for a while, particularly as I get older.

Yup. In the beginning, even if I go to sleep earlier than usual I still end up sleepy and drained of energy.

No, I love this time of year. It's when we have to spring forward that I get really messed up!

Time changes always throw me off for a week or two. I still have clocks in the house that I haven't set back which only adds to the confusion.

Nah, I just roll with it. My internal clock is so messed up anyways, it doesn't really matter.

When we spring forward I notice it and it does affect my internal clock for awhile. With the fall back I seem to not have nearly the problem.

Yes, spring messes me up a lot. I tell myself in the fall I will try to trick myself and get in the habit of waking up earlier, but that never happens...stay up the extra hour instead.

I get all weird about sleep time for the first day or so...and keeping my tot on schedule gets kind of odd.
