Does turning the clock back 1 hour mess up your internal time clock?

It always messes with me because my kids have their own internal clock so we were up at 5 instead of 6.

Going back is not an issue as much as springing ahead is for me.

my internal clock has been messed up for years and i think its unfixable been thru sleep studies like crazy and doctors but my clock doesnt work

I feel much more alert/well-rested in the morning, but it makes me feel sooooo sleepy really early at night, especially if I'm working! I start getting tired around 6pm, by which point it's usually almost pitch-black outside.

Oddly it really messes up my internal clock
