UPS or USPS

I know there were a few other horror stories about getting packages delivered but I had my own just a few months ago. They claimed my package was delivered but, obviously, it wasn't. I submitted a ticket about it and received a response that I will now paraphrase for you: "Sucks for you." They basically told me that there was nothing they could do and "they accept" the fact that occasionally mail is lost. I was in shock! I had been trying so hard to support USPS because it's dying out but C'MON!!! So now I do NOT use them.

I choose USPS, since I have a post office box that I mostly ship my stuff there all the time.

This is the first time ive chosen UPS to USPS.

So my question is.. which do ... more
Whichever's cheapest.

Depends. USPS tends to be cheaper but UPS tends to be faster (at least in my area).

I see my USPS carrier a lot more than my UPS (I mean, she does bring mail to my house daily!), so I have a relationship with her, and tend to trust USPS more. She is always here about the same time every day, and if I miss the package the Post office is very convenient for me to go to.

USPS is a bit more unpredictable, at least in my area.
