I love to make home made gifts for my loved ones. Of course, I love them every day of the year but I tend to go all out to show them even more on this day.

I don't really have any strong feelings about it. I don't mind it & I like it okay, just like Halloween. If I were in a relationship, maybe that would help with my enthusiasm?

Since I'm eternally single, I see it as a corporate holiday created to make people buy overpriced things that are gone in a week. It also perpetuates the idea that for someone to be successful/happy in life, they need to have a relationship which isn't the slightest bit true.

It's meh to me. The only loving holiday I like is my anniversary! But I think my husband has been planning something. He's mentioned flowers and a teddy bear. As many times as I told that man he didn't have to buy me a thing TwT. I hope he doesn't.

It's very commercial, but it's nice, because it forces us to really do something special more then for our anniversary or our birthday. We are homebodies. So this way I get an excuse to go all out and get dressed up!

In my mind it's kind of a lame excuse to buy things. I mean, if you love someone you could get them chocolates, flowers, or a card anytime. But then again, I love my boyfriend and we always have the best Valentine's Day! It makes me excited to do something nice for him. I dunno I'm kinda 50/50 on this holiday.
