I know I've got a package coming today!
I'm waiting here patiently....
but I hope it comes before my shift at work starts.... Sigh...

I generally do anything humanly possible to keep my mind off it until I know it's sitting on the porch waiting for me. xD
...sleeping during the day and staying up all night helps me a lot but it's impractical for most.

I'd say maybe try to immerse yourself in a good book or something until you have to get ready for work so you won't keep staring at the clock.

I too am waiting but it is coming USPS. Mine never gets her til closer to 5 pm and of course I am up early today. So I will write reviews and hang out, clean the house and wait!!!!!!!

I pretty much just hang out at home and do what I usually do while keeping an ear out for someone coming up on my porch. They used to knock but they don't anymore.

I check the computer several times to make sure that the package has indeed made it into town, then I get on Eden and do my daily point tasks and wait for the mail person (usually it's the yummy mail man) to come. When my spazastic dog starts smazing out more I know the mail has arrived.

I have a package coming today too!!!! im looking out window every 5 min for the truck and listening fot the door! that is all im doing. so excited. then when i get it i shut and lock door and pull out blade and open package right away!

i try to be home when the mail is coming so that he doesnt decide to not leave it and make me pick it up the next day LOl i dont have that kind of patience to wait till the next day!!

I carefully plan to make sure nobody else will be around when the package arrives, and if my planning goes awry, then I find a reason to be in the driveway so I can stash the package until I do have a clear path to safety. It's probably the only time I ever vacuum my car.

I'm sure my wife creeps out our UPS guy to the max. Waiting for him in the foyer when she knows a package is coming and then creeping out Gollum style when he leaves the packages.

x'D I do that all the time, our mail guy is probably convinced I'm some crazy stalker.
I peek out of the window and wait until he's just past the privacy bush thing and then I make a mad dash for the mailbox. >:3

I have to do this
first package was delivered to the neighbor
second package; UPS guy hit the buzzer for me to open door I opened the door front door using the buzzer and open my apartment door at the same time only to watch the ups man toss my package up the flight of stairs and with out and opps or sorry back out the door her was
