Try to avoid anything w/ a lot of sodium (bloats) and avoid carbs late in the day. Carbs are best early to keep you going throughout the day. Don't skip meals (including breakfast). If you can't eat a full meal (if your busy) take fruit or veggies, or even a protein bar (boiled egg too) to snack on. A handful of almonds are good too.
And don't eat after 7 pm. Drink lots of water and limit your caffine to mornings. My husband is a personal trainer and I was able to lose 33 lbs. Exercise is extremely important, but really 30 min a day, 5-6 days a week is more than enough. If you have to skip a workout, try and stretch before bed. You just have to stay committed, but once you see weight coming off, it is really motivating.
