Pain can definitely make sleep tough, but mostly I'm just a natural insomniac. It can be frustrating.

Even though Ihave a great bed I still dont sleep well.I usually wake often to pee or my son wakes up and wants to crawl in bed with me. The sleep I do get isnt that great either I toss and turn because my back hurts or my mind is racing

I've successfully eliminated all sleep issues except for work stress. I have earplugs, noise canceling headphones, sleep masks, a memory foam mattress, a good quality pillow, warm blankets, central air, etc. etc. but thinking about work can wake me up wide awake at 3am and leave me exhausted by the time I get up.

I voted on a few things, but mainly I get up and pee at least 4-5 times. I've tried limiting my liquid intake after 6 pm, (I go to bed about 10:30-midnight) and I still have to pee almost as soon as I start to sleep!!

Mostly past-related stress. When I can't sleep I start beating myself up for every mistake I've made in the past.

I'm always afraid I on't get up on time if I have to be somewhere early, work stressors, sometimes family stuff..
I used to be a sound sleeper until I had our son..that's been 27 years and I still sleep light.
If hubby isn't home, I'm awake worrying about him..
The cat likes to play at night,,knocking stuff off the dressers..
so, as you can tell, different things and after listing all these, I'm sleepy!!

FYI - As it turns out, the number in the brackets represent the percentage of respondents in a National Poll to indicate the most likely factor for loosing SLEEP in their lives. It is interesting to compare that Poll to this one in regards to the contributors here at Eden Fantasys!

I don't have the problem that I can't fall asleep. I fall asleep very quickly.

I just don't have enouth opportunities to sleep because of work, kids, wife...
