I have been having problems with my computer & my connection for a few weeks. I think things are back to normal, but I have to wonder about what others dislike about their computers!

MAC ALL THE WAY!!! I don't have to deal with virus protection or any pop ups where my computer is telling me I have to do something.

The battery life on this thing is terrible. Otherwise, it works okay... I'm definitely saving up for a new one, though.

I love my computer because it synchs easily with my other devices. My only complaint and it minor is when I'm writing, the letters don't display as fast as I type/key.

Only thing I can't stand is the Window's 8 crashing here and there. Mine is still fairly new so I don't have any other issues.

I love my macbook, but after 3 years it's starting to get about time for a replacement. I also spilled water on it a while back and my keyboard hasn't worked right since then.

I wish my battery life were a little longer. Really my biggest complaint isn't with my computer specifically. My husband and I have two different laptops, but they're the same brand and they use the same adapter for charging. One of our adapters broke, so we've been sharing a power cord. This causes an issue when we both have crappy battery life and a low battery, because we start fighting over the cord. We should be getting a new one soon hopefully.

You have made me very glad I bought my new computer right before Win 8 came out, so I have Win 7. I was thinking, geez, of all the rotten luck, I finally get an up to date OS & it's old within a year! Then I heard all the criticisms of the newer OS & think I may have gotten a good break after all.

I have a Mac...I love it. However, I will never use all of the programs on it. Sometimes I don't even remember I have something until an update comes up.

I love all my computers. Even the one that is missing too many pieces to turn on. I build my machines with a purpose in mind and thus they always address the task at hand, and usually go above and beyond what I'm hoping for when I'm done. Yes sometimes they need to be upgraded or scrapped but that's technology for you. I don't hate it now just because it is obsolete or slow, I just upgrade it.

Laptops get a little more complicated, cause you can't upgrade as much, but that's why I prefer desktops anyway. At least the parts that become useless first on a laptop can be replaced / upgraded usually (RAM, battery)

My computer has pretty low RAM which makes running some programs (or several programs at once) nigh impossible. For the same reason it can be pretty slow sometimes

But what I hate the most is that it's such a goddamn time-suck aghhh internet addictionnnn.

So true, I never wanted a laptop until I saw the benefit of wireless connectivity into my bed! I spend a lot of time there for health issues, so being able to use the computer in bed was a great boon to me. Before that I was all about the practicality of desktops & the customization options. I still have the Win ME Desktop that runs beautifully. I am not a techie, but research whatever I can & tweak everything just the way I like it! I hate waste & planned obsolescence!

The battery is broken, the headphone jack is broken, a few keys don't like to work, but the worst problem is how slow it is! Some days it won't let me have three tabs open in Firefox at the same time, and it never allows me to watch a video and have a document open at the same time.

The battery life will drive me insane. When I was taking it to college with me, I had to charge it constantly throughout the day. It got really annoying
