Good fries require nothing except a little ketchup. Sometimes cheese fries (with real cheese) and some chives are nice, but that's about it. I'm not into super-loaded fries most of the time (though my partner LOVES them).

Chilli cheese fries with ranch dressing are awesome, but most of the time I go with salt and pepper and maybe a little ketchup. My other is malt vinegar, so tasty on hot fries.

Honey Mustard is preferred. Ketchup and BBQ sauce are decent substitutes. That all is unless it has cheese, which is also good.
