I love to make homemade raisin cinnamon bread!

As far as baking, I love making cupcakes and cookies from scratch.

Scones from scratch, from time to time but not often. I used to eat them in Australia and New Zealand and love em!

The only thing I really bake are what we call English cookies, though I don't know if that's the proper name or just something made up. The recipe is an old family one, and they're super soft and have raisins in them.

I prefer em from scratch too, at least I know that what is in them isn't some artificial plastic...
