I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this "workout" in another post, but I'm wondering what you think of it.

I personally can't see anyone doing the prancercise. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the video. Would you roam the streets prancing?

My first impression was: WTF?

Now I'm looking in the book about it at amazon search inside and it sounds a little interesting.

But I really don't know if it's just a prank or a real spiritual and physical workout.

Last thing I need is to make an utter fool of myself.

About the ONLY way I'd do something like that is in the privacy of my own home.
