I use the bath poof with either soap or shower gel.

I don't use anything but my hands. Poofs and loofahs hold bacteria and I have extremely sensitive skin. I use Sliquid Splash to bathe with.

Nothing, just my hands. I prefer soap with those scrubby bubbles incorporated into it for that reason

Just depends what I have in my shower and what is clean in my linen closet bath sponge washcloth or loofa

Loofah, but now they suggest you replace it like monthly, and I don't do that.
