Mirena IUD, no worried for 5 years. I had to go see a few docs to find one who would put one in me since I've never had a baby and it's not labeled for women who have never been pregnant before but I'm glad one finally agreed

I have this as well, I love it. After my second child, I wanted something I didn't have to worry about.

If you want something for longer term, this is a great choice.

I've been on Depo (the shot) for many MANY years now. I prefer it over any other form, as far as side effects, how often I get it, and cost. I like only getting it every 3 months and not worrying about it slipping out, forgetting to take it, or renewing every month!

If you want something permanent - go for a tubal ligation. I did.

I have this as well. And actually, I have never had any children. We are in the same boat. I love it! The IUD is definitely worth it
