I always wanted to build my own website from scratch. I know some html basics but not enough.

Have you considered finding a website online with tutorials to learn? I've been learning html on my own, and while it isn't the easiest thing to learn on your own you can always google something if you are having trouble!

I think if I could pick one thing, I'd want to learn how to play the violin and piano.
I always sort of regretted not learning an instrument when I was young, but we just didn't have the money for it.
