Chronically sleep-deprived, I haven't slept more than 3 hours at a time in a few years. I used to sleep regularly for 10 hour blocks though.

17 hours in one stretch. I had traveled the day before and didn't sleep at all.

When sick 20 hours, when healthy and I have the day off I try to get 10 hours since most nights I get 6-7.
