LOL Me & Sktb are probably on similar sleep schedules!
As for me, mine varies pretty big depending on my work load and school, which are SO jacked up! I sometimes will be up doing school work until 5-6 AM! The night hours (usually beginning at midnight) are when I'm doing online stuff, working & doing school. Thankfully, I finished the ENTIRE rest of my course less than 30 minutes ago! Of course I'll have a new course to start next week, but as of right now, I'm freeee! If I have to work the next day and it's a weekday, I sometimes skip a couple classes, but then they rack up and it's murder to have a load at once.
So the time I LIKE to get to sleep is around 5AM. 6AM is fine if I'm doing overtime, but anything later & it's just hectic. For the past 3 days, I've been getting in bed at a decent time (5-6AM), but freaking wake up at about 8AM and can't go back to sleep until around noon! That's screwed up my schedule a bit, so in a few hours, I'm taking a melatonin supplement and praying for some solid sleep.
The week days and weekends vary big time for me too. We have ALL the kids (and usually family members) on the weekends, so it's absolutely necessary for me to get some sleep for that. I'm hoping I'll be back on schedule before Sunday. I try to get to bed by 4AM on weekends so that I can be better awake and energetic for the kids. During the week, there's just the teenagers with us & they don't require a whole lot of running around, but weekends can be brutal and beautiful all at the same time!
