I'm AB- and hubby is O-.
Because of his height, build, overall heart health, and awesome blood type, he is able to donate twice in one sitting. The lady taking his blood and signing him up for this program was very excited. Apparently, based on the amount he was able to donate, he can help 10 burn victims get the blood they need to fight infection for an entire week. That's pretty awesome.
They thought mine was boring. But I still got a cookie. So all is right with the world.
