Local places...that would make sense I suppose.
Offering flavors that can't be found in grocery stores and nationwide chains would give such businesses a leg up on the typical grocery store as far as ice cream sales go.

They make a "half baked" that's a mix of chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate fudge brownie... Yuuummmmmmm!!!!!
