Since I've started my diet I've been eating much healthier lately. Right now I'm obsessed with peanut butter banana sandwiches! It's the perfect snack for me. I lay out two slices of oat wheat bread and cut the crust off. Then I smear some wild harvest organic peanut butter(this stuff is delicious btw!) on both pieces of bread and then sliced half a banana and placed the slices in my sandwich. MMM MMM GOOD! How about you? What is your favorite snack at the moment?
That sounds soooo good. I am as well in the process of dieting. I'm not doing great at it because I've had family over and can't seem to control myself around fried chicken. Anyway, I got my act together today and I think one of the little pie-slice shaped goat cheese thingies (40 cals) and some wheat thins is delicious! Sprinkle some herbs and maybe add a few slices of veggies and I'm all set.
