What is your favorite dish to cook?

A burrito from Taco Bell or Sonic. Or Subway. LOL Kidding, but seriously, I rarely cook. I usually eat SubWay, but the last two nights I have had one of those new bacon, potato cheese burritos from Taco Bell and dayum! They're really good. I eat Sonic's breakfast burrito sometimes when we go on a mini road trip, which is usually once a week. Love SubWay though. It's my usual.

If I cook, sadly, it's going to be something easy. Rice casserole is one that I do love cooking and eating. It's just white rice mixed with 2 cans of cream of chicken, sausage bits, bell peppers and baked. Then you sprinkle a load of cheddar cheese on top -- delicious! I love mashed potatoes, fries, anything Southern!
