I've never gone to a restaurant featuring dim sum to any great degree. While it might not be part of the typical fare, I absolutely love steamed red bean buns. Coincidentally, I'm going to make some today, the beans are soaking in the fridge as I type this.

Generally, any sort of dumpling is nice, though I prefer meatless varieties myself.
