What is your relationship with coffee?

Coffee makes me want to puke!
I can't stand the smell or the taste.
Hubby LOVES it and I can't even make it for him without feeling like I'm going to get sick.

Coffee. Yes. Yes. Yes. Do not touch my coffee. Especially while I'm writing. Especially if it has chocolate in it. Mocha Queen, I am!

Not only am I a caffeine addict, but I also work at a cafe on campus. We make specialty coffees like: Almond Joy, Milky Way, Chocolate Cordial, Mounds, etc. Basically it's turned me into a coffee snob. I'll still drink the cheap stuff, but nothing can compare to a superb cup of coffee.

I used to say I was not a coffee addict, I could stop ANYTIME I wanted to, just did not see the NEED to stop. But the truth is I, ThePinkPoppet, am a true coffee addict...Husband says I am a coffee whore (would sell myself for a good cup of coffee)..but he exaggerates slightly I claim. My coffee consumption is measured in number of POTS per day, not cups per day. Sad isn't it? Oh well, not gonna stop now. Tee-hee.

Ha!

I was just sitting here thinking that I was probably a coffee whore as well. But there are worse things to trade yourself for, right?

And when I say 'sitting here' what I really mean is 'sitting here sipping my coffee at my local coffee shop.'

Haha, when I posted mine above, I likewise was sitting at a Starbucks with yet another cup in hand. Actually, come to think of it, I almost always have a cup in hand. (kneels on the floor and bows head low--"Oh great Coffee god/goddess, I bow to you and your sublime tastiness and vow to let you fill my life with your bean-juice")Tee-hee-he e. Yep, I'm a coffee whore for sure.

Can't stand it. I've met maybe one coffee ever that I could stand to drink, and it was custom roasted by a B&B owner who refuses to ship me any.

I loooove tea, however. Designatea is my favorite place ever for teas. The owner is a great guy and you can get just about anything you want!

Love coffee but.. hate Starbucks.

I especially hate it when someone assumes that I like Starbucks just because of my job and gifts me a giant basket full of those burnt a$$ roasted to shit beans.

We all know why a person shouldn't assume... because when you assume, you make an ass out of u and me. ass-u-me. lol j/k

Sure wish people would support their local roasters more though.

i'm really not a fan of the chain coffee places either.

When it comes to fast food coffee, I have to go Tim Hortons...awesome coffee at a good price.

I like coffee but I don't drink it. Sadly, the taste (and often the smell) make me nauseous.
My sweetheart thinks I'm java intolerant. Lol!

i work at Starbucks when i'm not in class... so let me tell you my relationship with coffee is as dark and complex as IT is. i've gone back and forth between i-can't-get-up-without -4-shots-of-espresso and i-can't-touch-the-stuf f and EVERYTHING in between. seriously...

right now i'm trying to have at least a little every day, or at least some caffeine. i used to be on perscribed medication for ADHD lol which is just meth (its TERRIBLE) so i'm trying caffeine as a more natural alternative so i don't have to be so attached to my doc...

Ok, so I'm not as bad as this guy.. but I tend to have periods of "I NEED MY COFFEE, NOW!!!" and he can attest to that.

Lately I try not to drink it every day. I'm not the type of person that you don't talk to until I have coffee in my system. Although some days it is recommended, lol.

Did someone say coffee? I'll take a large with cream and sugar, as long as it is not instant.

Isn't it a little early though, o well give it here.
