Refocusing. Why am I feeling like things are so out of balance? Is the situation really as it 'feels' it is, or are my emotions getting the best of me? A lot of times remembering the reason why you're in a situation helps to get your feelings back on track.

Honestly, exercising regularly has helped stabilize my mood and keep me mostly sane.

Lots of meds. My dad used to do things just to push me over the edge because he thought I needed to go over before I could calm down. I mentioned that to my therapist and she just looked at me in shock. It was that moment I realized I had a messed up upbringing.
