I've never heard of this either. I have spasticity issues and have vaginally cramped before. Never was there even a question that he would be stuck. We engage in what most would consider rough sex quite often.

I do know that after a good orgasm, my muscles sort of... clench and stay clenched for a good while. It's very difficult (but not impossible) for my partner to remove himself from me afterwards--especially since he's so big. No rough sex involved, either.

Unless she had vaginismus, which is an uncontrolled contraction of the vaginal muscles, but in years in medicine, I've only heard of that happening before sex, so the man can't get in. Never heard of vaginismus happening during PIV.
Yeah. I've "tug removed toys" too. But, they are usually very different in texture and rigidity than a man's penis, which is constantly changing. Usually those tug removals are after the toy was in place without moving while an orgasm occurred.
My guess would be IF a penis got clamped on, it would go soft damn fast and pretty much be easy to remove. A good PUSH could help, too. (I've sneezed or orgasmed My Man out.)
I've never heard of it in practice, even while working in woman's health. Female dogs have a muscle which clamps down on the male's penis and causes "tying" to aid in conception, and male dog's penises swell after ejaculation to help with this process. People don't have these muscles or these factors during sex.
I suppose it's possible, but I don't know. Muscle relaxants only relax muscles we voluntarily control, and they take an average of an hour or so to kick in.
