So, Dinner thread, I challenge you!! What are you all having for lunch today? =)

My lunch:

Mm.. I love grilled cheese & tomato soup. Tomato soup is actually one of my favorites. But y'know what's even better than Tomato soup? Tomato, RIce, & Navy bean soup. That is Delicious!! We made a whole huge pot of it before and froze like 6 jars full of soup.

Grilled Cheese is one of the best foods ever invented! Sometimes I like to sprinkle a tiny bit of garlic salt in the pan before putting the bread in.

Nothing like rubbing it in Gary! I’m so green with envy. I had lunch at my desk, as usual. I do make an effort to have a healthy lunch. Leftover grilled chicken over a spinach salad.

Today's lunch will be:
Salmon burgers, cooked with lemon and pepper, on 1/2 a bun, topped with avocado and tomato slices. Yum!! =D

Ahhhh... I have not Salmon in a while. That sounds so good! I could Salmon everyday.

It was, except the part when Gary was fixing a lock and one of our cats was squeezing between us while the other one ran around all crazy. Gary was making fun of her. I want to spend more time chillin on the porch.

Not gonna lie--that looks delicious! and silly. But mostly delicious!

I woke up pretty late today, so my granola bar breakfast was pretty much my lunch as well. * sigh * Dorm eats kind of suck anyway.

I'm envious of how wonderful and happy your lunch looks! Once I made salmon burgers with a little bit of Bearnaise sauce and asparagus on top of toasted buns. So good!

I made myself a salad with a Greek vinaigrette dressing, feta cheese, pepperoncini peppers and kalamata olives. It's pretty much my go to lunch, because I'm always in the mood for it, and I always keep the ingredients in the house

I had a piece of leftover steak, and a bowl of generic Apple Jacks (the ones that come in a small trash bag sized bag). I must say, I am not a fan of Apple Jacks in general.
