What's your sleep schedule like?

Contributor: lulz lulz
How much sleep do you get daily and what are your usual sleep hours like?

My ideal hours are 2am-10am give or take a hour. When I get stressed or depressed I don't want to get out of bed at all and can sleep for 12 hours and still wake up tired.

Generally from 12 am to 7ish, but it tends to change.

Sleep varies--very much an insomniac....I love to sleep, though so when I do get to sleep I make the most of it.

My sleeping schedule is really erratic because my school schedule varies from day to day and I work from home. I aim to get 8-9 hours a night but it's not always possible.

I need at least 8 hours of sleep to function properly for my entire day. I try to aim for 9-10 hours though, but that doesn't always happen, so I'm okay as long as it's no less than 8. I'm serious about my sleep! Lol

I'm kind of like you, there have been times when I've slept for 10+ hours and woke up and been tired soon after. It usually only happens around my menstrual cycle, so this could be one cause if it's happening monthly, but not like every single day for long periods of time.

You could just simply be mentally and/or physically exhausted too. My partner has been for a few months now due to extreme stress from losing his grandmother (and grandfather last summer, which made losing grandmother even tougher) and work. So this is definitely a cause of that!

I try to take some healthy herbs & herbal immune boosters, teas, etc to help keep me on track and energized enough to really get my job done at work and home. I hate being drained. I've noticed since I began oil-pulling and eating chia seeds (for the omega 3's) I've been waking up with a lot more go get em'! Lol.

Hope you get to feeling good & energized soon. I totally hate being down like that.

I don't really have a set sleep schedule, I usually end up going to bed quite late, waking up at varying hours for university classes, and then taking naps throughout the day.
